3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance：1）The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder)/operation license (foreign bidder), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;2）The bidder must be a manufacturer or agent authoritied directly by manufacturer or selling company/manufacturing company under manufacturer’s group; Package manufacturer as agent of manufacturer and serial authorization are unacceptable; if the bidder is agent, the bidder must provide sole authorization letter provided by manufacturer or selling company/manufacturing company under manufacturer’s group. If authorization letter is not directly provided by the manufacturer, a relationship clarification provided by authorized party shall be included in the bid document.3）From January 1, ** to 7 days before the deadline for bid submission (the time is subject to the signing of the contract), among the PP plants at least ** KTA, the agent of this project or the manufacturer or the selling compa-ny/manufacturing company under the manufacturer’s group shall have at least 1 supplying performances of agitators.
