Qualifications or Performance：1 The bidder shall be the manufacturer or integrator or agent of the goods to be submitted. The bidder&#**;s major goods, such as servo level gauge, radar level gauge, LTD, rollover prediction software, etc., shall be approved by the manufacturer&#**;s official authorization letter to provide the goods in this bid (not needed if the goods are the bidder’s own brand). 2 The bidder must provide photocopy of business license (business registration certificate) or business permit. 3 The supplied products shall have at least 1 supply performance of **,** m3 (or above) LNG storage tank management system as of January 1, ** (subject to the date of signing the contract). Relevant supporting materials, user contacts and contact information shall be provided.
