| 3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder |
| Qualifications or Performance：The Bidder shall be the manufacturer or the manufacturer&**;s authorized agent. If the Bidder is an agent, it shall provide the manufacturer&**;s letter of authorization within the validity period directly issued by the manufacturer for this project, otherwise its bid will be rejected. Certification Documents: 1) The domestic Bidder shall provide copies of the following qualification certificates: ①The business license or the corporate legal person certificate with the unified social credit code shall be provided, and the registered capital/initial capital shall be no less than RMB ** million or equivalent foreign currency; ②The bidder shall provide Valid ISO** quality control system authentication certificate or equivalent quality system authentication certificate copy of the Bidder(the scope of certification is related to the project) ; ③The Bidder shall provide the explanations for whether lawsuits involved (refer to Appendix 3 in this chapter for detailed formats); ④The Bidder shall prove the fact that it&**;s not included in the List of Untrustworthy Persons Subject to Enforcement on the "Credit China" website (www.(略)) (Inquiry record from "Credit China" shall be provided and affixed with the official seal).
